Job Title:

Intermediate Settlement Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Intermediate Settlement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient settlement of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive engagement with stakeholders to support business growth and client satisfaction
• Development and implementation of sustainable processes and automation initiatives
• Ensuring robust infrastructure and tools are in place to manage risk and deliver high-quality services
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digitization and eliminate manual touch points
• Coaching and mentoring colleagues to promote a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 3-7+ years of experience in tier 1 global financial institutions, with extensive experience in handling large projects and operational activities
• Strong risk management and control mindset, with awareness of best practice perspectives
• Self-reliant, good problem solver, and results-oriented
• Ability to establish and build trust with stakeholders as an advisor and partner
