Head of Trade and Capital Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Trade and Capital Operations team as the Regional Director. As the Head of Trade and Capital Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the Core and Structured Trade processes, ensuring transactions are executed efficiently, timely, and accurately.
You will cultivate a proactive risk and control culture with proven evaluation strategies, ensuring quality output meets all Key Performance Indicators for client satisfaction. Additionally, you will foster an inclusive culture to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading global functions and managing operations and/or risk & controls. They should also have knowledge of Trade Finance, including Commercial and Standby Letters of Credit, and excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the Financial Services Industry
- Knowledge of Trade Finance, including Commercial and Standby Letters of Credit
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven experience leading global functions
