  • Comply with established clinical practice standards.
  • Ensure a safe working environment while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Implement infection control protocols and maintain the cleanliness of therapeutic equipment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and keep accurate client records.
  • Update and manage equipment inventory, reporting any malfunctions as necessary.
  • Engage in training and community outreach activities as required.
  • Contribute suggestions for enhancing departmental processes.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Healthcare Management or a related discipline.
  • Certification in Therapy Services.
  • WSQ Certification in Therapy Support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
