We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Account Specialist to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of SGD 2000 - SGD 2500 per month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including tasks such as maintaining records, preparing quotations and invoices, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Perform general office duties, ensuring the office is well-maintained and organized.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales quotations and invoices, and maintain accurate records of supplier invoices and payments.
Requirements
  • Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role.
