Regional Sales Director Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our South East Asia recruitment markets. This role requires the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies, lead high-performing sales teams, and engage with Mandarin- and Malay-speaking clients and candidates.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to grow market presence in South East Asia.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve recruitment and revenue targets.
  • Foster strong business relationships with Mandarin- and Malay-speaking clients and candidates.
  • Conduct recruitment activities, including travel to regional markets for 2 to 3 weeks per month.
  • Expand the company's client base by identifying and onboarding new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore's Employment Agency regulations and uphold professional standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective recruitment solutions and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving business targets.
  • CEI (KAH) Certification is mandatory.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and Malay to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and candidates across the region.
  • Existing client base and strong networking skills in the recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales or recruitment role, preferably within the employment agency or HR sector.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (2-3 weeks per month) across South East Asia.
