Dining Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for welcoming guests warmly and ensuring a seamless arrival and seating experience. This includes managing reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations to optimize guest flow and dining comfort.
Our Host/Hostess will also be responsible for building rapport with regular guests and VIPs, remembering preferences and addressing them by name for a personalized touch. Additionally, they will assist in handling special requests or arrangements to enhance the dining experience.
The Host/Hostess will work closely with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service. They will also maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
Requirements- At least 1 year of experience in a front-of-house or customer service role, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage reservations and busy periods effectively.
- Positive, professional, and confident in engaging with a diverse range of guests.
