Radar System Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our radar system maintenance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our radar systems, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of engineers to achieve excellent results.

  • Liaise with customers to understand their maintenance requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage a team of engineers to perform routine maintenance tasks and ensure all work is completed within agreed timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize system availability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

The Radar System Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with customers to understand their maintenance requirements and providing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Managing a team of engineers to perform routine maintenance tasks and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timelines.
  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize system availability.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum diploma in engineering (electronics) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in providing maintenance services, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.

Location and Working Hours:

The successful candidate will be based in Ang Mo Kio, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.
