Job Description

As an IT Auditor, you will lead and execute IT audit engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. You will assess the effectiveness of IT controls, processes, and systems against regulatory, operational, and compliance standards. Your expertise in data analytics will help identify risks, trends, and anomalies within IT environments.

You will develop and optimise audit analytics scripts, dashboards, and methodologies to enhance audit efficiency and insights. Collaboration with clients and internal teams is essential to identify and mitigate risks in IT systems and processes. Your ability to prepare comprehensive audit findings and recommendations will effectively communicate results to senior stakeholders.

Staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in IT audit and analytics tools is crucial for your success in this role. As a leader, you will mentor junior team members, providing guidance and sharing best practices to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should have 3 to 6 years of direct experience in IT audit, including hands-on exposure to IT general controls (ITGC), application controls, and technology risk assessments. You should be proficient in analysing IT systems, processes, and controls for compliance with relevant standards. Experience with data analytics tools to drive insights and improve audit outcomes is also required. Strong understanding of emerging technologies, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity frameworks, and data privacy regulations, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders, are necessary for this role.
