Job Title: BIM Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the BIM Team and overseeing the exchange, collaboration, and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in BIM coordination/management. They should also possess strong communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to handle pressure and work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the BIM Team and oversee the implementation of BIM strategies and plans.
- Manage the process of exchange, collaboration, and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice.
- Support and provide review on BIM Project Models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 5 years of BIM coordination/management experience in the relevant industry for large-scale projects, preferably civil engineering projects.
- Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility, and able to handle pressure.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
