Job Description

We are seeking an Economic Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Economics Strategy practice, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of client projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include researching client needs, policies, and trends to create targeted materials, proposals, and presentations. You will use your analytical skills to add insight beyond the data and shape stronger recommendations for our clients.

You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality work backed by strong research, analysis, and writing. This includes identifying potential issues early on, helping the team stay on track, and meeting client expectations.

We are looking for someone with expertise or interest in economics or public policy, and a passion for working with clients to solve real-world problems.

The ideal candidate will have strong structured research and analysis skills, as well as proficiency with productivity tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of statistical packages such as R, Python, and Stata is also preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good undergraduate degree from a reputable university with a quantitative background and a strong academic track record
  • Demonstrable subject matter exposure in economics, digital transformation, international trade, and its relevance to public policy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-organisation and time-management skills
