Real Estate Investment Banking and Advisory Specialist

**Job Description**We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Investment Banking and Advisory specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for assisting corporate clients in meeting their strategic and financial objectives.**Responsibilities**• Prepare pitchbooks and presentation materials used in client meetings.• Transaction execution management, from the pitch phase through to closing and involve in work streams such as due diligence, documentation, coordinating with various professionals etc.• Build, review and edit financial models and valuation analysis.• Support and manage the execution of equity offerings.• Track macroeconomic developments and capital markets activities.• Manage investor outreach, roadshows, order book building and allocation process.**Requirements**• Outstanding academic record with a degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance from a premier university.• 4 to 6 years of relevant corporate finance, investment banking and/or equity capital markets working experience.• Strong quantitative and technical abilities.• High degree of proficiency in financial modelling.• Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent inter-personal skills.• Strong communication, multi-tasking and time management skills.• Dedicated team player.• We regret that only short-listed candidates will be notified.
