SG HOTELS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our hotel rooms and public areas. Your duties will include cleaning shower, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces, as well as stripping and making beds, dusting furniture and fixtures, and replenishing amenities and linens. You will also be responsible for signing for room keys, retrieving and restocking carts, and assisting with laundry and public area cleaning as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities:

• Clean shower, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.
• Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.
• Push and pull vacuum throughout entire room and empty trash.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock carts. Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room.
• Assist with laundry or public area whenever needed.
• On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
