Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our APAC Legal team at The LEGO Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing contract management services to support the commercial operations of the LEGO Group in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the APAC Legal Team to draft, review, negotiate, and monitor sales and distribution contracts for the APAC region.
  • Provide essential contract management services to internal collaborators, including guidance on contract generation, identifying contracting issues, resolving conflicts, and providing/ coordinating legal advice.
  • Maintain, improve, and update standard contract templates according to local laws and internal practices.
  • Own an accurate database of signed contracts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on contract status.
  • Perform other contract management duties as assigned.
  • Provide general corporate secretarial support for legal maintenance of LEGO Group entities in APAC, including leading local compliance and regulatory filings with outside counsel and supporting corporate activities and projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law, contracts, paralegal, business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Validated years of experience working as a contract manager or related role.
  • Prior experience handling regional contract management and corporate secretarial work.
  • Contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Meticulous and thorough approach.
  • Good organization skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a multinational company or consumer industry.
  • Solid understanding of contract management systems.
