Job Title: Data Insights Engineer

About the Role:
In this key position, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative data-driven solutions to drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to leverage big data analytics, machine learning, and advanced statistics to gain actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Analysis and Visualization:
    You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Your expertise in data visualization tools and techniques will help present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  2. Machine Learning and Model Development:
    You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using popular frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch to solve real-world problems. Your experience in model evaluation, selection, and optimization will ensure that your models are accurate, efficient, and scalable.
  3. Big Data Technologies:
    You will work with distributed computing frameworks such as PySpark and Hadoop to process and analyze large datasets. Your knowledge of NoSQL databases and data warehousing will enable you to store and manage complex data structures efficiently.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    You will collaborate with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments. Your excellent communication skills will help interpret and communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:
  1. Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  2. Skills and Experience:
    Strong programming skills in Python and/or R. Experience with machine learning frameworks, big data technologies, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  3. Soft Skills:
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
