Job Title: Laboratory Support Professional

This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a laboratory setting, providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service and Enquiry Handling:

    • Address customer enquiries related to the laboratory and provide timely responses.
    • Communicate customer special requirements to internal departments.
    • Resolve issues related to report delivery and service quality.

  • Job Coordination and Communication:

    • Coordinate job assignments with laboratory analysts and relevant departments.
    • Manage customer data and job documentation, such as job sheets and COC forms.
    • Handle logistics for sample collection and delivery.
    • Oversee subcontracted tests, including PO preparation.

  • Incoming Registry and Laboratory Administration:

    • Manage registration and labeling of test samples.
    • Support laboratory staff with sample distribution and testing requirements.
    • Assist managers and section heads with general laboratory administration duties.
    • E nsure clear communication of testing requirements across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ITE qualification and above, with or without a related field of study.
  • No prior work experience required - training will be provided.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in using basic laboratory equipment is an added advantage.
  • Must be self-driven, a good team player, and possess strong communication skills.
