Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Failure Analysis Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting failure analysis and providing technical support to ensure the highest quality products.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes of failures, and develop effective solutions to improve product reliability.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining and managing FA laboratory equipment, as well as collaborating with other departments to implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct failure analysis on electronic components and systems
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve product reliability
- Maintain and manage FA laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes of failures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in FA or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
