Role Summary:

Fixed Income Sales Professional

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our Institutional Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients across the region.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, private banks, and family offices.
    • Distribute fixed income products to institutional clients.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate primary and secondary market credit transactions.
    • Proactively assist in onboarding new counterparties and expanding sales coverage to European and Middle Eastern clients.
    • Stay up-to-date with financial market developments, prepare market commentaries, respond to client inquiries, and assist with trade bookings.
    • Arrange and coordinate client meetings, support investor roadshows, and other business activities.
    • Prepare regular business reports for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficient understanding of fixed income credit products and the broader financial market environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is preferred for liaising with stakeholders from Mainland China and Hong Kong.
