A fast-growing private equity real estate investment manager is seeking a highly motivated professional to join its investment team.

  • Conduct in-depth financial, tax, and legal analysis for real estate investment opportunities.
  • Support senior team members in executing investment transactions.
  • Prepare high-quality investment briefing materials and participate in investment committee meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings and site visits with stakeholders.
  • Assist in investment monitoring, market research, asset management, and fundraising activities.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in real estate investment management, investment banking, development, or operations will be advantageous.
  • Strong transaction execution skills.
  • Exposure to office and multifamily asset classes.
  • Strong academic background with a focus on finance, mathematics, real estate, accounting, or related fields.
  • Excellent financial modeling, real estate underwriting, and market research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to independently build real estate models and investment presentations.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
