Our team is looking for a High-Quality User Experience Expert. As a key member of our frontend development squad, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable, high-performance user interfaces. Your primary objective will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, responsive web and mobile applications.


The ideal candidate will have experience driving technical direction, setting coding standards, and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring exceptional user experience and frontend system architecture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable frontend systems using modern frameworks such as React Native.
  • Build modular, reusable UI components and establish team-wide frontend patterns and best practices.
  • Ensure responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and native-like experience across devices.
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to implement seamless user experiences.
  • Drive code quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support and guide junior developers, fostering a learning culture and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with experience in both web and mobile (React Native) preferred.
  • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and related tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc.).
  • Experience optimizing app performance, page speed, and rendering efficiency.
  • Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and integrating into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong sense of user-centric design, accessibility, and UI/UX principles.
  • Proficient in Git workflows and collaboration in a multi-developer environment.
