Job Title: Senior Research Assistant

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Research Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our research group, you will be responsible for managing various projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and conducting in-depth analyses.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with team members, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct literature reviews, data analysis, and statistical modeling to support research objectives.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings to internal and external audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in academic research, especially in conducting online surveys.
  • Demonstrable intellectual excellence and strong analytical skills.
  • Maturity and capacity to begin an independent research career.
  • Desire and potential to develop as a future academic leader.
