Retail Performance Trainer

This role focuses on elevating employee performance and customer satisfaction through effective training and development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail, luxury, or FMCG sectors, with expertise in training and development. They will be responsible for implementing regional strategies, harmonizing brand/customer experiences across stores, and measuring success.
This person will partner closely with the retail management team to deliver training solutions that address talent gaps and positively impact guest experiences. They will analyze, adapt, implement, develop, and measure global onboarding and training curriculum in alignment with business goals.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Retail Training & Development to lead field training, including new store opening training and on-boarding programs, foster sales and service culture, elevate clienteling, and ensure associates are confident product experts.
They will work closely with the retail management team to conduct training needs analysis, provide regular feedback, and develop local initiatives that continually improve the training experience.
This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines. The individual must be flexible to work in office and stores, with a good degree of inter-state travel involved.
