The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with a focus on BioSolutions manufacturing. The Senior Quality Control Manager will be responsible for leading the quality control team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing quality control processes to ensure the highest quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the quality control team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest quality products
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
  • Ensure all quality control activities are performed in accordance with cGMP and EHS requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control is integrated into all aspects of the business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences with a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control within the highly regulated cGMP pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Biologics and ATMPs (Cell and Gene) is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with current GMP and applicable GxP regulations and standards, including Singapore/HSA, US/FDA, and EU/EMEA
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions and improvements
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A thorough understanding of the principles and management of cGMP compliance, and a strong quality mindset
