Overview

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Business Transformation Expert. In this position, you will be responsible for leading business transformation initiatives, leveraging your expertise in SAP Concur solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in SAP Concur solutions to design and implement effective business transformation strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in business transformation and SAP Concur solutions.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a SAP Concur Consultant or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of SAP Concur modules and functionality.
  • At least 2 SAP Concur full-cycle implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of expense management, travel management, and invoice management processes.
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP Concur solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Solid understanding of SAP Concur integration with other systems, such as ERP systems and travel booking tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
