We are looking for a highly analytical and organized Procurement Ops Specialist to join our team in Data Center Services Procurement. This role will involve working closely with procurement category managers across APAC to create and support vendor qualifications, request for proposals, and vendor performance dashboards for construction, professional services, engineering, and related categories.

As a key member of the team, you will provide input on procurement processes and tools to help identify waste and enable innovation across teams. You must have a demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects and driving them to completion to meet business objectives.

  • Independently and cross-functionally deliver on projects/goals
  • Manage assigned supplier onboarding and qualification processes
  • Manage assigned tender events, and related follow-on contract generation supporting the Procurement Category Manager
  • Manage post contract metrics and audit process for work awarded

The ideal candidate will be collaborative, think practically, have a sense of urgency to meet internal customer timelines, exhibit curiosity and learning drive, succeed in a fast-paced environment, engage key stakeholders where needed, and have a high level of focus.
