Job Overview

ECOXPLORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the administrative team.

About the Role

This position involves assisting with financial operations, maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of administrative functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  2. Oversee all day-to-day project administrative work.
  3. Support senior management and the administrative team with various tasks.
  4. Generate quotation / Delivery Order / issuing Purchase order to Supplier.
  5. Sourcing goods/procurement.
  6. Overseeing of goods flow, store management, and stock check. Goods Receiving.
  7. Able to do inbound/outbound freight arrangements with forwarder.
  8. Able to oversea the sales of goods demand and schedule and provide sales delivery schedule.
  9. Able to do T-loans/RMA request.
  10. Liaise and assist LEW for pre-energisation turn-on arrangement, test and inspection, also necessary testing and Commissioning after power energization will be added value.
  11. Able to accept ad-hoc job request.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Business Administration or any engineering related field (or equivalent work experience). At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in handling sales and co-ordination work is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central ERP software will be an advantage.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is between SGD $45,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
