Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at UPPER SPRING CONSULTING PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end aspects of our web applications.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Leading remote development teams to deliver projects within scope and on time.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and trends.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 8 years of industry experience with 5 software development lifecycles.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in MEAN/MERN stacks.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (TypeScript).
  • Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Svelte.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang and JavaScript.
  • Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
  • Understanding of web application architecture, stateless architecture, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with asynchronous operations or message/event-driven architectures is a plus.
  • Certifications in OpenJS, Kafka, PMP, and/or CISSP, Scrum certifications will be a plus.
  • Proficiency with Java will be a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
