Job Title: Engine Maintenance Planning Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Engine Maintenance Planning Specialist. This role will be responsible for managing the planning of civil aircraft engines maintenance with major MRO partners in Singapore and China.

The successful candidate will interact with partner maintenance shops to build a comprehensive schedule of engine shop visits, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to strict maintenance deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance planning strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of maintenance-related issues
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in maintenance planning and coordination, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have:

  • A diploma or higher in a relevant field such as engineering, logistics, or supply chain management
  • At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance planning or coordination role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
