Job Title: Senior Landscape Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the financial aspects of landscape projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cost estimation and budgeting for landscape projects.
  • Support the cost management process and tendering activities.
  • Process various projects while ensuring financial efficiency and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or quantity surveying related field.
  • 2 years of QS experience in managing Singapore projects, preferably in landscaping related field.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $2,400 - $3,000 per month + Bonus.
  • Office location at Tengah Area (Nearby MRT is Choa Chu Kang / Boon Lay).
