Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance and productivity.
  • Provide 24/7 support for equipment-related issues and develop solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Drive innovation in factory automation, processes, and systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of equipment engineers.
Requirements
  • Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials, Mechanical, Microelectronics, or Physics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in WET equipment or related modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a quality-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
