Job Title: Trade Support Analyst

The role of a Trade Support Analyst is critical to the success of our organization. The jobholder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the trade operations team, ensuring that all trades are accurately recorded and reconciled in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and verify exchange-traded positions and limits.
  • Reconcile counterpart/pipeline invoices against the system in liaison with the Operations and Middle Office departments to resolve discrepancies.
  • Agree with counterparts on settlements, provide timely updates, and ensure accurate trading information is represented within the trading book by confirming deals with counterparts and brokers on a daily basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with counterparts, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in data analysis and reconciliation.
