Early Years Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Educator.

About the Role:

The Trainee Teacher scheme is a place-and-train programme designed to immerse you in the child care environment. Through a combination of classroom training and workplace attachment, you will be provided real-time feedback and peer support for optimal learning.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe and conducive learning environment for children aged 18 months to 6 years old.
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans to cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Establish positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma from local polytechnic in any discipline.
  • Possess at least a B4 in GCE O Level in English Language.
  • Enjoy working with young children aged 18 months to 6 years old.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in childcare or babysitting is advantageous but not necessary.
