Warehouse Assistant

This is a temporary role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be able to assist with various tasks, including checking and preparing overtime reports, supporting the store team with purchase requisitions, and applying for shipments.

The Warehouse Assistant will also be responsible for receiving manufactured parts and manufacturing orders from the Final QC department, as well as performing finished goods receiving counts and put away tasks. Additionally, they will support 5S activities in the store area.

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess at least a primary or secondary school education and be physically fit.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Supervisor in checking and preparing OT report monthly.
  • Support store team to raise purchase requisition for store stationary/packaging materials.
  • Apply permit for shipment (Jurong Island).
  • Prepare and print customer delivery orders.
  • Receive manufactured parts and Manufacturing order from Final QC department.
  • Perform finished goods receiving count.
  • Perform put away finished goods stock into the M3 system.
  • Support 5S activity in the store area.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/'O' Level, any field.
