Job Overview
Nursing Role- We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team.
Description of Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents. This includes analysing, planning, implementing and reviewing care plans, as well as coordinating and implementing resident care plans.
Nursing Responsibilities:
- Analyse and plan nursing care for residents.
- Coordinate and implement care plans for residents.
- Assess residents' needs on admission and each shift throughout their stay in the nursing home.
- Conduct rounds to ensure residents are safe and report any abnormalities for immediate treatment.
- Prepare and assist physicians with procedures.
- Identify problems related to illness and decline in functional and cognitive abilities, and advocate early medical attention.
- Document all care rendered accurately and maintain quality procedures and guidelines.
- Communicate resident progress with the healthcare team and family members.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1 year ward clinical experience required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is necessary for this position.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts is essential.
