Job Title: Financial Manager Position

About Company:
JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is a reputable international trade forwarding service provider with its own independent terminal, established in Japan in 1867 and expanded to Singapore in 1982. With over 20 subsidiaries across 12 countries in Southeast Asia, we continue to grow and provide exceptional services.

Salary and Benefits:
- Working location: Jurong East MRT (8-10 minutes walking distance)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Overtime (OT) will be payable
- Transportation reimbursement provided
- Performance bonus
- Remote work & flexible hours: Can be requested based on personal circumstances

Job Responsibilities:
- Full set of accounts, including audit, GL, preparing monthly financial statement & reporting.
- Handling account payable and account receivable.
- Processing and tracking invoices and payment.
- Preparing bank statement reconciliations.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor (HR duties)

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
- Minimum 5 years of full-set accounting experience.
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- Experience with SAP system will be an advantage
