Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist

The Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist is a critical role within our organization, responsible for the end-to-end procurement and purchasing process. This includes managing RFQs, sourcing, evaluating sources, examining bids, and making awards.
This position requires strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms and conditions with suppliers. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to manage inventory levels, reorder planning, and implement cost-saving strategies.
As a key member of the procurement team, this individual will work closely with the quality department, warehouse, production, project, finance, and quality teams to ensure seamless delivery and resolve any supply chain issues that may impact production timelines or costs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of working experience under direct procurement in a precision manufacturing or assembly production environment. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is also required.
