Responsibilities- Product Development: Spearhead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualisation to launch, ensuring offerings are competitive and exceed market expectations. Develop and manage product budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize capacity planning to ensure availability, accessibility, and affordability of our products.
- Market Insight & Innovation: Deeply understand the needs of Requesting Licensees (RLs) and our End Users (EUs), identifying gaps and innovating solutions that set us apart in the industry. Engage directly with customers to understand their unique requirements, providing tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with diverse teams including Business Development, Regulatory, Planning, Operations, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless product delivery and support. Actively participate in company regulatory engagements with IMDA, contributing insights to navigate ongoing and ad-hoc regulatory matters that require changes to product offerings and/or processes.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management within a Telco/IT environment (those with more than 5 years of experience will be considered for Senior Product Manager position).
- Proven experience in financial and business case modelling.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional multitasking and KPI management skills, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for influencing and driving change.
- Self-motivated, independent, and ready to take on new challenges.
The estimated salary range for this position is between SGD $100,000 - SGD $140,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive range of benefits will also be provided to successful candidates.
