Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Immunology Medical Lead to join our team in Singapore. This role will lead the medical strategy for our Immunology portfolio and selected pipeline assets focused on the GEM region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement medical strategies for our Immunology portfolio and selected pipeline assets.
  2. Provide expert medical/scientific input into core GEM Medical Affairs matters, including health-care professional and provider engagements, clinical and scientific data generation, educational initiatives, patient safety matters, publication strategy, and internal scientific training.
  3. Hold accountability for the implementation of all tactics related to assets under your responsibility, including evidence generation, medical education, publications, scientific training, insight generation, and budget management.
  4. Partner closely with key LOCs, including access groups, NPP planning, and MCE, to drive Medical Affairs activities and generate and disseminate data supporting overall product, scientific, and business strategy.
  5. Analyze and maximize available scientific and epidemiologic data to inform pre- and post-launch research strategy.
  6. Serve as a key collaborator and contributor to the Commercial team for product brand plan development, ensuring consistency of product strategy and value positioning.
  7. Develop and maintain professional engagement with external experts in the field of Immunology, Dermatology, and Rheumatology.
Requirements
  • MD degree or local equivalent with 10+ years' experience in working and proven results preferably in medical affairs roles in biotech, pharmaceuticals, industry, academic, or hospital environments.
  • Ideal candidate has success in positions of increasing responsibility involving influence and interaction with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Demonstrated success in global, cross-functional environments, with expertise or training in Immunology, Dermatology, Rheumatology TA preferred.

You will bring your extensive experience in medical affairs, strong leadership skills, and ability to influence and work effectively with various disciplines and functional areas.

Estimated Salary

USD $120,000 - USD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
