Job Title: Lobby Ambassador Role
Our hotel is seeking a highly skilled Lobby Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of the lobby operations team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the lobby operation to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the entire guest journey.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a first-class arrival experience for guests by ensuring a seamless and personalized check-in process.
  • Work closely with the F&B team to welcome and accommodate restaurant patrons.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the lobby operation by performing tasks in adherence with our code of ethics.
  • Maintain a flawless impression and perception of our products and colleagues.
  • Address any security incidents or guest complaints promptly and proactively.

Cashier and Lobby Operation Coordinator Duties:
  • Accurately execute cashiering and billing duties in coordination with the Raffles Butlers.
  • Act as Lobby Operation Coordinator to handle administrative tasks and ensure a smooth lobby operation.
  • Responsible for pre-arrival correspondence within the lobby operations team.

Upselling and Cross-selling Opportunities:
  • Execute the annual upsell strategy and achieve set goals.
  • Cooperate with departments to promote inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.

Quality Improvement:
  • Evaluate guest experiences against brand standards, aiming for high scores and goals.
  • Participate in handling security incidents and guest complaints with the lobby operations management team.

Candidate Profile:
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in a second language.
