About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the outreach of Continuing Education & Training (CET) programmes. The appointee will play a key role in supporting the CET programmes, including work study programmes and short courses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the outreach of CET programmes to cater to the diverse needs of learners.
  • Manage administrative operations of CET programmes, such as scheduling of CET courses and liaising with adjunct lecturers and stakeholders.
  • Develop engaging e-learning packages for CET learners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in programme management or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software effectively.
