Financial Advisory Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading personal financial portal as a Financial Advisory Specialist. The role involves providing holistic financial advisory services to new and existing customers, conducting financial planning and needs analysis, and implementing insurance solutions.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive financial advisory services to customers.
  • Conduct thorough financial planning and needs analysis for customers.
  • Recommend and implement suitable insurance solutions.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery.
  • Manage all leads and enquiries assigned, expanding the customer base through referrals.
  • Meet sales-related objectives and key results.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the financial services industry, preferably in FA firms and/or insurance companies.
  • Good knowledge of financial planning and the insurance industry.
  • Sound understanding of insurance products and collective investment schemes.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated with a resilient mindset to achieve objectives and key results.
  • CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A and HI qualifications are advantageous.
