Director of Nightclub Operations

The Club Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the overall management of a nightclub, ensuring seamless operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage club operations, including staffing, inventory, and scheduling.
- Supervise bar, service, entertainment, and security staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee crowd control, licensing compliance, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with DJs, performers, and event planners to execute themed nights and live shows.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to feedback or complaints professionally.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate supplier contracts.
- Ensure cleanliness, ambience, and brand standards are upheld.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clientele.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues to senior management.
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and licensing requirements in Singapore's nightlife industry.
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
