Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our supply chain operations and drive strategic growth. As a Senior Supply Chain Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement, logistics, and inventory management functions to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Lead the SCM team in achieving departmental goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and propose practical solutions for procurement and logistics-related issues during project execution.
  • Promote efficient communication with internal stakeholders to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
  • Draft and manage compliance with company procurement Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and policies.
  • Ensure ERP data entry and approval in line with company SOP.
  • Oversight of end-to-end management of vendors, including evaluation, registration, monitoring, negotiation, and relationship maintenance.
Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
  • Master's Degree or professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, SCPro) is a plus.
  • Preferred 5+ years in procurement and supply chain, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in vendor management, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement SOPs.

  • Ability to identify and resolve procurement/logistics issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of technology and sustainable practices to integrate into processes.
  • Capacity to address supply chain risks and create contingency plans.
