CQV Engineers play a crucial role in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring the successful commissioning, qualification, and validation of equipment, systems, and processes. If you have a passion for compliance, quality, and operational efficiency, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced CQV Engineer to support our clients' projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GMP regulations and experience with risk assessments, validation protocols, and technical writing.

  • Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning activities for new and existing equipment and systems, developing and executing commissioning plans, protocols, and reports.
  • Qualification: Lead the qualification efforts for equipment, utilities, and facilities, developing and implementing qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Validation: Manage the validation processes for manufacturing processes, cleaning procedures, and computer systems, creating and executing validation plans, protocols, and reports.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of commissioning, qualification, and validation activities, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards and is audit-ready.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Certification in CQV or related areas is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EMA regulations, and experience in regulatory inspections and audits.
  • Proficiency in using validation software and tools.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commissioning, qualification, and validation within the pharmaceutical industry.
