Job Title: Sales and Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of branch operations to guarantee efficient delivery and excellent customer service

  • Driving branch performance by setting ambitious sales targets, developing innovative strategies, and analyzing market trends
  • Conducting sales forecasting activities, establishing key performance indicators, and empowering employees to meet their objectives
  • Providing continuous education on products and services, highlighting their benefits to customers and driving revenue growth
  • Identifying areas for improvement within the organization and offering constructive suggestions to enhance overall efficiency

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a management or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success
  • Preferably from the beauty and wellness industry, showcasing expertise in this sector
  • Excellent leadership qualities, including self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Flexibility to work five days a week, with some flexibility to accommodate store hours
