Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in network and audio/video installation, with a strong understanding of network, wifi/LAN, and preferably familiar with UniFi/Pakedge and Zendesk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and supporting office networks, routers, wireless printers, and other equipment. They will also provide basic IT assistance to internal employees and design network solutions for company audio products.

In this role, you will work on layout drawings for clients, conduct pre-installation site checks, and assess requirements for power, cabling, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure readiness. You will also be responsible for documentation, administration, and installation of new programs and support of Terminal Server.

As a key member of our team, you will provide remote support to clients and troubleshoot hardware and software systems. You will also provide on-site technical assistance and resolve network challenges if remote support fails.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuring and supporting office networks, routers, wireless printers, and other equipment
  • Providing basic IT assistance to internal employees
  • Designing network solutions for company audio products
  • Working on layout drawings for clients
  • Conducting pre-installation site checks and assessing requirements for power, cabling, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure readiness
  • Documenting installations and service visits in detail
Requirements and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in working with network and Audio/Video installation
  • Good knowledge of network, wifi/LAN, preferably familiar with UniFi/Pakedge, and Zendesk or other ticketing system
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
