Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated team member to support the planning and delivery of recreational, educational, and enrichment activities at kindergartens/student care centres. The role involves engaging participants in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment while assisting with daily operations and programme coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organise, and conduct activities for children, youth, and community groups.
  • Supervise and engage participants to ensure safety and active involvement.
  • Prepare and maintain programme areas, materials, and equipment.
  • Handle administrative duties, including attendance, reports, and documentation.
  • Work closely with colleagues and management to improve programme quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
  • A passion for working with children, youth, and the community.
  • Good communication skills in English (other languages an advantage).
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility with working hours; occasional evenings/weekends may be required.
