Structural Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for performing structural analysis and design for various types of structures, including RC and steel structures. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Perform structural analysis and design for RC and steel structures using software such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, and SAFE.
  • Develop and review drawings, specifications, and calculation reports.
  • Coordinate with architectural, M&E, and construction teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in civil or structural engineering and at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.

You will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on structural design principles and practices.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Relevant experience in building or infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in design software and good working knowledge of local codes and submission processes
