Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Server, Storage and Backup Solutioning professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical pre-sales support for opportunities involving servers, storage, backup and cloud solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in servers, storage, backup and cloud solutions
  • Engage with customers early on to sell servers, storage, backup and cloud solutions
  • Understand and gather customer requirements and offer complete & cost-effective solutions
  • Prepare solution write-ups, provide bill of materials, statement of compliance and engage service delivery teams for professional effort
  • Ensure the completeness of technical terms and conditions
  • Conduct/lead technical presentations and clarifications
  • Identify project risks (technical & execution) and provide mitigation measures
  • Integrate servers, storage, backup and cloud-centric solutions with support from other competency presales solutions consultants

Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in systems, storage and cloud, with hands-on experience in various OS and virtualized platforms.

Good knowledge of backup and archival solutions, as well as virtualization, containers and cloud technology is also required.

A customer service-oriented individual with good team player skills and the ability to work independently is essential.
