Mobile Application Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining native mobile applications using Kotlin and Java.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Android development principles, including user experience (UX) design, software development methodologies, and version control systems such as Git.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality applications that meet the needs of our users.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
  • Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.
  • Implement and manage various notification services, including push notifications and background notifications.
  • Integrate and optimize third-party libraries and SDKs to ensure application performance.
  • Develop robust validation mechanisms to maintain application integrity and quality.
  • Design and optimize background services to improve application efficiency and performance.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3-7 years of professional experience in native Android development.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Kotlin and Java, Android SDK, Android Jetpack components, Material Design principles, RESTful APIs, offline storage, threading, performance tuning, Retrofit, Dagger, Glide, Firebase, RxJava, automated testing frameworks, and Git.
