Barista Position

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic barista to join our team. As a barista, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Beverage Preparation:
    • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, and cappuccinos.
    • Maintain knowledge of coffee drinks, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Engage with customers, answer questions, and make recommendations.
  • Cafe Operations:
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
    • Restock supplies, manage inventory, and perform daily tasks as assigned.
  • Teamwork:
    • Work collaboratively with other baristas, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
  • Qualifications:
    • No specific qualifications required, but certification in coffee preparation or a related field is an advantage.
